I realize some people require structure and guidance to help them make behavioral changes around their diet. Although I have tried numerous diets, I’m not a big fan of them because most do not promote long-term change that is sustainable.
Of all the diets I have tried, I would say Weight Watchers is the most balanced if you are looking for a specific plan to follow. Weight Watchers has been around for a very long time and it is scientifically proven to help individuals lose more weight than they would if they were not following any type of weight loss diet plan. I currently do not have a specialized diet I follow, but I do track my food and caloric intake daily in MyFitnessPal.
