I know this time of the year can be hard when it comes to staying on track with your fitness goals. A joyous time of the year filled with family gatherings, snacks and treats at work, and changing weather temperatures can come with its own set of hurdles when it to your overall health. With Thanksgiving around the corner, I wanted to encourage myself and others to take small strides to stay on track during the holiday season.
If you are looking for a group of accountability partners to support and uplift you during this time, then this is the challenge for you! All you need to do is commit to doing at least 20 minutes of activity daily for 10 days in a row.
